In order to explore the process of the information processing for memory, we put forward an energy fusion model of neuron from functional view, that is, the neuron executes a fusion process before accepting the task. With the fusion computation and modeling processes of waiting and activation, initial selection, and network growth, an instantaneous memory model formed with tree structure and neural network structure. The modeling demonstrates the processing of memory function from encoding to storage, and the retrieve function in line with the extraction of memory. The model structures showed good network performance consistent with other memory network model. The theoretical model provides a new understanding for memory functions and applications.
