The ship lock undertakes the task of inland navigation, and the health monitoring of the gate structure of the lock miter gate is the key to ensure the safe navigation of the ship. Once the structure of the lock miter gate breaks down, it will bring great economic losses to the society and related industries. In the practical application of state monitoring of miter gate, the data collection is carried out by installing strain monitoring sensors and inclination sensors in the key parts of the miter gate body, but it is impossible to predict the change of metal structure camber of the miter gate body only by relying on the data collected by sensors. Therefore, this paper presents a predictive model of metal structure camber of ship lock miter gate, in order to obtain the predictive value of metal structure camber of ship lock miter gate, and then timely warn the health status of ship lock miter gate. The experimental results show that the camber predicted by this model is consistent with the historical monitoring value, which can provide a reference for the repair and maintenance of miter gates.
