Super high-rise buildings are often the image display windows of a city. The sightseeing area located in the tower crown is not only the concentrated expression of the shape and culture of super high-rise buildings, but also meets the needs of shape, function, safety and comfort at a height of several hundred meters above the ground. It needs to solve various technical problems. This paper takes the super high-rise sightseeing area (hereinafter referred to as Tianxin sightseeing area) of Zhonghai Chengdu Tianfu New Area as an example, and makes overall design from the aspects of functional traffic organization, fire evacuation design and thermal comfort design, so as to realize the perfect integration of functional requirements and spatial modeling of the sightseeing area.
