The orientation of the new temperature rise maintenance building directly impacts the energy consumption of heating curing of PC components. According to the law of the sun’s motion trajectory and the dynamic change characteristics of solar radiation energy, this paper takes the maximum interception of solar energy by the transparent roof of the heating and maintenance building as the research goal. The study applies thermal process analysis and extreme value theory. The simplified calculation model of the optimal orientation of the heating and maintenance building in the latitude area and the DeST simulation calculation results were used to test the calculation model. According to the simplified calculation model, the recommended values of the best orientation of buildings in eight suitable solar energy maintenance areas in China were given.
