Analysing the actual nature, and effects, and skills, of organised criminal groups, we can see that the term “organised crime” is not still adequate to the criminal situation all over the world; so, examining the real situation, considering the connection among these groups in the NATO and Western countries, we can say that the more appropriate term at date is “networked crime”.
