Human aspects have lately been found to have a significant effect on software and information systems development projects. There are various cognitive as well as social aspects that are important in the context of system design and implementation that consequently need to be well understood prior to the project's execution. In this paper, we describe in short the possible impacts of human aspects. We illustrate several possible aspects relevant specifically to designing collaborative information technology systems and suggest our vision for managing this issue within the planned research frame.
