This paper is dedicated to examine difference between one and twolevel consensuses. One-level consensus is determine based on a whole profile. To find the two-level consensus two steps have to be taken. Firstly, the whole profile is divided into k classes and for each class the consensus is determined. Next, the final consensus is appointed relying on consensuses for each class. The researches demonstrate that better solution is always given by the one-level consensus but the two-level consensus is worse in comparison to the one-level consensus by less than 1,2%.
