Plagiarism by students is a serious problem. They sometimes copy sentences from the Internet or other sources. We have developed a system that securely records logs of paper-writing processes by students and graphically shows the logs to teachers. We applied it to an assignment at a real course, and obtained logs from 50 students. The system successfully suppressed plagiarism by students.
