This paper argues that legal information access systems could be extended to allow for semantic but also graph-based search. The challenge is to find documents not only on the basis of the intertextual relationships they share but also based on their content descriptors. The paper presents a simple graph-based query language defined to meet the needs of the French Légilocal project.
