The article proposes a scientific data visualization system for high performance computing. Suggested system has hierarchical architecture where software modules of the system are implemented on the different hardware modules. Supercomputer IBM Blue Gene /P is used as the main test system. Visualization system includes parallel modules for video rendering, video enhancement, video compression and video up-sampling. System proposes visualization for 2D displays, 3D displays, multidisplay complexes. The results of using proposed visualization system for 3D torus network simulation are presented.
