We are presenting the new approach of novel information based control and management of commodities markets and their properties. Good management and intelligent capitalization of natural resources and corresponding commodities at international commodity markets are the most efficient measures for accelerated economic development of the Newly Independent States. Hence, the black holes in the legislation and, generally, in the philosophy of commodities are an insuperable obstacle towards international commodity markets. Without solving the problems discussed in this article, direct access to commodity and mercantile exchange for national mining companies from Newly Independent States would be banned.
