Our projects discussed the requirement and designed concrete services of LSN. Based on those studies, the prototype systems are developed for Shiwa town and Tono city of Iwate Prefecture in Japan. In this paper, the system structure and architecture of LSN are described at first, then, main developed functions of the prototype systems and those experimental results are introduced. Finally, some obtained issues and future works to construct an ideal LSN are discussed.
