Landslides as natural phenomenon are historically bounded with geotechnical practice. In the past engineers had developed numerous solutions for prevention and rehabilitation of landslides. Nowadays, using modern material as geosyntetics the solutions for rehabilitation of landslides become a state of art. The aim of this paper is to present a several modern solution in which geosyntetics are applied. Some of these solutions are combination of geosyntetic reinforced soil (GRS) and reinforced concrete structures. Some of the solutions are developed for construction of embankment for new motorway like the one in Albania, and the other ones are solutions for rehabilitation of active landslides. Regardless the aim of the developed solutions they are unique as designs and what is most important successfully implemented.
