In this work, we propose a declarative multi-agent argumentation framework for reasoning and argument about actions, equipped with a sound operational model. The foundations of this framework rely on previous results from ALP and from Dung's studies on argumentation. Our approach features declarative knowledge representation and logic based reasoning, agent interaction by argumentation dialogues, and a notion of agreement about actions.
