This study investigates challenges in developing foreign language ‘dual teacher’ teams in Yangtze River Delta vocational colleges, using survey data from 186 teachers. Results reveal gaps in teacher morality, practical teaching skills, and enterprise collaboration. Policy recommendations include strengthening incentive mechanisms, optimizing training, and deepening college-enterprise partnerships.
