Teachers of ideological and political theory courses are updating their teaching concepts to embrace new methods, focusing on enhancing media literacy through mobile cloud teaching. This study proposes an innovative approach to integrating mobile cloud platforms deeply into teaching methods under the “Internet+” framework. It emphasizes optimizing teaching designs, creating collaborative network environments, and using big data to enhance teaching effectiveness. Results show significant improvement in teaching effectiveness, with the “China Series” course receiving high praise from students. Overall, educators can use technologies like the “Blue Ink Cloud Class” to refine teaching practices and continuously improve their approach.
