This study introduces the Intelligent Food Recycler, a novel device designed to streamline the decomposition of kitchen waste. Addressing the challenges faced by both seasoned composters and those deterred by traditional methods, this portable and user-friendly device employs Bokashi Effective Microorganism (EM) bacteria to facilitate odorless, nutrient-rich fertilizer production. The study highlights its potential to revolutionize home-based composting practices, contribute to sustainable waste management, and stimulate entrepreneurial opportunities in the field of organic fertilizer production and trade.
