As the economy advances and living standards improve, there is a growing public inclination towards prioritizing health in product selection. However, there is a paucity of research addressing the nexus between product forms and user health requisites. Focusing on health-oriented product forms, this study introduces a method for designing product image forms grounded in Kansei engineering and support vector machine. Utilizing the razor as a case study, a predictive model for product image forms is established employing a support vector machine, with the analytic hierarchy process used to ascertain the weights of the form factors. The support vector machine prediction model is subsequently evaluated to identify the most suitable combination of product image forms. This study seeks to investigate the symbiosis of health considerations and form elements in product design and offer valuable insights into health-oriented product form design.
