Diabetes mellitus is a significant health issue defined as a chronic disease that poses a serious health threat that can only be monitored and not cured. Therefore, there is a growing interest in observing prediabetes interventions. However, current blood glucose monitors have a low adoption rate and cannot meet individual requirements. In this study, we aim to design a noninvasive glucose monitoring interactive system that can provide early continuous glucose data monitoring, early warning of blood glucose levels, and customized medical guidelines. A simple proof-of-concept system is implemented. The findings from a user study demonstrate that the Sweet Pal noninvasive glucose monitoring system is highly effective in enhancing the user’s diabetes prevention education and in managing blood glucose levels. This work underscores the significance of noninvasive smart glucose monitoring in glucose management and diabetes control.
