In recent years, the military electronic industry has developed rapidly, and the discrete simulation analysis models have been integrated into system-level digital simulation for performing full-cycle simulation analysis of the radar system. Based on QT platform, this paper mainly builds a software system for dynamic simulation and fatigue life evaluation of vehicle radar structure through secondary development of the Nastran kernels, realizing the automation and customization functions of CAE analysis, simplifying the analysis process and providing friendly GUI for non-professional CAE users. Meanwhile, inside the software a problem that the date transmission efficiency is relatively low. At the end, several methods for optimizing the operation efficiency are proposed.
