

The sinker tube of Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link Construction is the first large-scale use in China, the widest cross-section span and the largest scale steel shell sinker tube in the world so far. It is filled with high fluidity self-densification concrete. In order to study and solve the technical problems of the prefabrication process of large steel shell sinking tube, this paper studies the prefabrication process selection, steel shell manufacturing and precision control, self-densification concrete preparation, steel shell pipe joint pouring and other aspects. Combined with its special steel shell structure, this paper proposes a complete set of intelligent pouring construction technology for large steel shell sinking tube. The process uses self-compacting concrete combined with intelligent pouring equipment to realize information and intelligent pouring. By using the optimal mix ratio control standard and pouring technology of self-densifying concrete, the test results of precast quality of steel shell submerged tube meet the design requirements and the effect is good, which provides technical support for ensuring the precast quality of steel shell submerged tube.
