This paper proposed an efficiency evaluation method, based on the improved cloud model, is proposed to scientifically and reasonably evaluate the combat efficiency of the ground unmanned equipment (GUE). Firstly, the combat efficiency evaluation index system of the GUE is constructed according to the observation-orientation-decision-action (OODA). Furthermore, the combined weighting method, according to the G1 and entropy weight method is presented to determine the weight of the GUE. Secondly, the improved cloud model is proposed to solve the problem of randomness and ambiguity of data information in the combat effectiveness evaluation of the GUE. Finally, an example is given to verify the correctness and feasibility of the proposed method. The results show that the above proposed method not only gives the evaluation results of the GUE, but also makes the evaluation results more intuitive and reliable.
