Focusing on the high-quality development of the Belt and Road in Wuhan in the future, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation and conditions and uses the experience of the development of brother cities for reference to determine the measurement indicators of the efficiency and effectiveness of the high-quality development of the Belt and Road in Wuhan. In the study, the evaluation system of the efficiency and effectiveness of high-quality development of Wuhan integrated into the “the Belt and Road” was constructed, and the evaluation model of high-quality development of Wuhan was designed. At the same time, the weight of evaluation indicators was determined using Analytic Hierarchy Process, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the high-quality development level of Wuhan. Targeted countermeasures and suggestions were proposed to provide suggestions for the development of Wuhan.
