The electronic commerce age has emerged big data research for decades. The urgent requirements of data analyst experts have brought up the opening of related training courses in the universities. We would like to discuss the development of talent training evaluation framework using AHP method. The framework was constructed by the opinions from those three groups of people who are instructors, learners of electronic commerce courses and experts from enterprise employers. The results indicated that development plan of talent training scheme of students with pre-vocational training and competition winner qualities could be the most weight in the plan selection of our experiment.
