

Lignin fiber, polyester fiber, acrylic fiber and self-made rubber asphalt were selected to analyze the influence of adding fiber on the fatigue performance of the mixture, and the SCB was selected. In addition, the influence of stress level and asphalt content on the fatigue test results of the mixture is also considered. The results show that various types of fibers have different degrees of improvement on the fatigue life of the mixture. Polyester fiber and lignin fiber have a very significant improvement on the fatigue life of the mixture at low stress. The fatigue life value of the semi-circular specimen under 0.3kN is increased by more than 90 %. The fatigue life value of the semi-circular specimen under 0.6kN can be increased by 128 %, and the fatigue life value of the semi-circular specimen under 0.9kN is increased by more than 158 %. Polyester fiber has more advantages under high stress level. According to the demand of lifting range, lignin fiber can achieve the best cost performance. The mixture test results of lignin fiber show that the asphalt content is proportional to the asphalt content, and the asphalt content grade can be determined according to the cost performance, which is inversely proportional to the stress level.
