This paper proposes the development of emPower, a service-oriented architecture that provides the infrastructure for an online community of users with severe motion impairments, serves as a broker to resources on the internet, and manages a database for logging the information about remote user sessions. The data logs collected by emPower enable the analysis of the motion patterns that may be used to improve mouse-replacement interfaces.
