Soft magnetic composites called dielectromagnetics find more and more applications in electric transducers. Power losses are among the main parameters of soft magnetic materials, decisive for their application. The kind of magnetic powder and technology of production of magnetic elements influences the level of power losses. The main goal of research was to investigate power losses in soft magnetic elements prepared from different types of iron powder.
