Abstract

The Nursing Diagnosis Workgroup at the Tumor Biology Center works on an answer how to implement ICNP. Primary aim was to get to know ICNP and to teach nurses about it. Looking for a reasonable way to clarify the complex structures the idea of a poster with an overall view seemed promising. In this visual way it was relatively easy to explain the construction of ICNP to the nurses. Today, the poster is used for presentations and always incites intense discussions.
