The purpose of this research was to examine determinants factors of medical Laboratory Accreditation in the Primary Care Units (LA-PCUs): Roi–Et province, Thailand. 550 cases were sampled using stratified random sampling, which questionnaires were qualified by previously validated scales. Data analyses were approached with descriptive statistic and confirmatory factor analysis were employed to standardization. The results found that the LA – PCUs model comprised of 7 sub-components. It was revealed to have significant within internal consistency. Each of the sub-component had a standard component weight. Between 0.94 – 0.99, each metric of the domain had the components weight value the standard is between 0.72 – 0.88. Evidences has approved that the models have been developed to evaluate the fitness properties and was found to be valid to provide a measurement of quality assurances of the medical laboratory in the PCUs confirmed by the empirical data.
