

Over the last two decades, quality management methods gained considerable attention to empower organisations with an effective quality management system, it is apparent that integrated quality management methods such as Lean Six-Sigma, have exceeded the improvement rates and achieves competitive advantage. However, the underline drivers of success quality management system are to identify the effective critical success factors for implementing quality management in practice. The aim of this paper is to identify and evaluate the Critical Success factor (CSFs) for successful implementation of integrated quality management performance within manufacturing organisations. The paper reviews the existing literature of integrated quality management methods and identifies the CSFs for the successful implementation of integrated quality management performances. Survey questionnaires used to collect practitioners and academic opinion aiming to identify and evaluating the CSFs of integrated quality management performance. The results clearly demonstrated that nine CSFs identified are needed and valid for successful implementation of integrated quality management performance namely; focusing on customer, training and education, organisation structure, linking to the supplier, top management and leadership support, middle management involvement, quality commitment, review and tracking performance and effective communication.
