This research aims to develop the accumulated weight monitoring system equipped with truck for sugarcane harvesting. The signals were collected from load cell and calculated the accumulated weight using prediction model consisted of the weight percentage exerting on the sensors by the total weight on the container (%Rwp) and the proportion of load bearing of sensors in each position (Parameter, P). The %Rwp was 25.46% obtained from simulation truck in a laboratory, while the P was calculated from force balancing. Refer to the field experiment in actual harvesting, the prediction error of the 2-sensor type and 4-sensor type were 2.51% and 0.38% respectively.
