To maintain a long term sustainable innovation program is fundamental to the organizations analyze the organizational and process factors that influence the innovation management performance. This analysis enables the enterprises to develop sustainable models and keep the innovation process in a continuous way. In this sense the objective of this paper is to identify the main factors that influence the innovation management performance and compare them with the innovation experts' view. In a first step an exploratory literature analysis was performed, resulting in a framework that describes the main factors of the product innovation management performance. In a second phase deep interviews based on the constructs described in the framework were carried on with five innovation experts. Final results of this research are presented in a second framework comparing the main constructs with experts' view.
