The big progresses in Information and Communication Technologies and the increasing development of web systems highlight the importance of Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) in the construction of knowledge and information systems. This kind of requirements has been always present, indicating the systems quality. But, the traditional supplementary role of implicit expected quality attributes changes in an explicit central role in specialized technological solutions centered on massive interactions of agents who access communications nets at anytime, anywhere, with any means. The dynamicity of the collective work, of the diversification, integration, and deepening of knowledge treatment of every intervention field in the society, as well as the massive interaction of persons, machines, and objects support the emergence of new products development approaches and their lifecycles. For example, in Software Products Lines, the changes in the lifecycle determine that the Non-Functional Requirements must be defined in earlier phases than in the software lifecycle. In this paper it will be explained why and what is the meaning of the introduction of Non-Functional Requirements in earliest phases of Products Lines lifecycle. Highlight the changes of Non-Functional Requirements introduced in phases of product lines lifecycle and their impact in every development phase is the goal of this article.
