The limited energy power supply of sensor nodes has significant impact on the network lifetime. The good topology control led to distribute the energy load among sensor nodes and increase network lifetime. Cluster routing protocols minimize the total energy dissipation, and divide the role of sensor nodes into ordinary nodes and cluster head nodes. Fuzzy models are used frequently for electing the appropriate cluster head nodes. These fuzzy models are less interpretable, and built by expert's knowledge; and the number of fuzzy rules is determined by number of linguistic terms and linguistic variables. This paper enhances fuzzy model for cluster head and relay nodes election by using fuzzy clustering algorithm. In addition to, Applying fuzzy clustering algorithm in cluster formation guarantees well clusters distribution in network area. The simulation results explained the proposed protocol is more efficient against the famous cluster routing protocol LEACH, CHEF, EEUC, and FCM.
