This document summarizes the desk-research on the current practice of smart blended learning approach in adult education. It identifies good practice in the use of blended learning by technologies based learning and methodologies. In the document it is analysed the problem of adults trainings by using innovative technologies. The problem identified that a lot of different aspects that apply to various studies (math, information technologies etc.) need to be analysed when exploring relationships between adult learners and innovative information communication technologies (ICT). The paper provides many challenges for adult learning in learning with innovative ICT.
