Carbon fiber reinforced plastics, due their average electrical conductivity of the reinforcement, can be nondestructively evaluated by electromagnetic procedures. In the case of reinforcement from carbon fibers woven, to improve the spatial resolution of the image of the conductivity, we propose the using of a circularly aperture, very small, placed at short distance from the surface to be controlled that can diffracts the evanescent waves. By this procedure, the image of the reinforcement woven is observed, the delamination due impact with low energy being clearly distinguished.
