In considering service diffusion, how to find the customer perceptions and requirements for the service are essential. Customer perception/requirement for ICT services is always changing depending on its technology development and improvement of operability these days. Therefore, it is necessary to detect customer perceptions and requirements by his/her behavior. In order to solve these issues, this paper proposes a framework of time-series analysis method using textual data. The method analyzes blogs and news events as time-series data. Therefore, we can detect the change of customer perception/requirement through co-occurrence and transition-rate of terms considering network and service structure of ICT service. We apply the method to WiMAX as ICT services at the first trial step.
