The pavement structure receive traffic solicitations and transmits through the multiple layers until reach the subgrade, considered the pavement foundation. The subgrade suffers a specific resilient deformation, the recoverable portion of the total deformation. The material elastic behavior is characterized by the resilient modulus (MR), parameter that can be obtained by the triaxial repeated load tests. This study aims to evaluate the resilient capacity of a soil employed in a landfill, used as pavement subgrade. For this, undisturbed samples were taken from the compacted landfill, and after resilient modulus test, four mathematical models analyzed the results. The Composite Model presented the best adjustment, because it considers the stress state of the material. The MR value was considered satisfactory for pavement use.
