This paper proposes a platform that transfers electric power among consumers individually using digital grid technology that can digitally control power and blockchain technology. In this platform, each individual estimates excess or shortage of electric power based on each amount of their electricity consumption and generation, then the consumers conduct power trading at the electric power market made with blockchain. Finally, the consumers conduct power interchange based on the trading result.
