There are vast zones in nature consists of cemented granular soils. The stress-strain analysis of any structure on these soils and also stability of slopes of this type of material need accurate knowledge of its behavior. In this paper the experimental results are used to develop a new constitutive model for prediction of the behavior of cemented granular soils. The stress-strain behavior of the cemented bonds is combined with that of the uncemented soil using deformation consistency and energy equilibrium equations. The cement content and the cement type were considered as two effective parameters on the mechanical behavior of the cemented bands. In this context that of the soil cemented with different cement types was predicted. The comparison of the stress-strain curve for model with that of the experimental results indicates that the behavior of cemented soils can be predicted with a good and reasonable accuracy by application of the proposed model.
